Resimet BR – 844 5ml

Resimet Bearing Retainer BR 844 is a single component, fast curing, and anaerobic high strength adhesive for the bonding of cylindrical fitting parts like bushing and sleeves into housing and on shafts.

Resimet BR 844 offers high temperature performance and oil resistance.

Resimet BR-844 cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces and prevents loosening and leakage from shock and vibration. It is used mainly where gap will be max 0.25 mm and maximum strength is required at normal atmospheric conditions. Typical applications include rotor to shafts in fractional and sub-fractional horsepower motors. Locks bushings and sleeves in housings on shafts. Augments press fits.

For best performance, surfaces should be clean and free from oil and grease. Product should be applied to the bolt in sufficient quantity to fill all engaged threads. This product performs best in thin bond gaps, (0.05mm). Very large thread sizes may create large gaps, which will affect cure speed and strength. This product is designed to give controlled friction, (torque/tension ratio), during assembly. In critical tightening applications, this ratio should be confirmed.

12 months in a partially filled packing and strictly store in cool, away from heat.
