 is a one-component, water-based, polyurethane-based hybrid liquid applied waterproofing coating designed for concealed applications like in wet rooms, terraces, and balconies. It is suitable for areas that will be covered by tile adhesive or a protective screed. 

This coating is used for waterproofing areas such as shower rooms, bathrooms, terraces, and balconies. It is also suitable for damp proofing building foundations at the plinth level to prevent rising moisture. 

Sika® Igolflex®-121 IN offers seamless application and is a ready-to-use, one-part product. It is water-based, non-toxic, non-flammable, and dries quickly. The coating has good crack-bridging ability, is highly flexible, and provides excellent adhesion to various substrates like concrete and brickwork. It can be applied with a brush or roller.
